Mr. Do Quang
Vinh graduated from Middlesex University majoring in Money, Banking and
Finance. In 2013, he obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Administration
from the University of East Anglia London. Mr. Vinh has many years of
experience in business administration. He is currently holding the positions of
Standing Vice Chairman of the Members' Council of SHB Finance, Head of Digital
Banking Division of Saigon Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank SHB, Deputy
General Director of Saigon Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank SHB, President of
Saigon Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Chairman of the Board of Directors of
Saigon Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company SHS, Chairman of the Board of
Directors of Saigon Hanoi Insurance Joint Stock Company BSH.

Mr. Nguyen Thai
Ha has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector. He graduated
from Foreign Trade University in 1997 and obtained a Master's degree in global
financial management - Northumbria University in Newcastle upon Tyne, United
Kingdom. Before he became the General Director of BVIM Fund Management Joint
Stock Company, he had worked in securities companies and managing funds under
the position of Director of Securities Analysis and Director of Investment
Securities for more than 10 years. Currently, he is also holding executive
management positions at a number of large domestic companies.
Mr. Nguyễn Duy Linh
Member of the Board of Directors Mr. Nguyễn Duy Linh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Solvay Business School, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, a Financial Analysis Practicing Certificate issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC), and numerous professional certifications in financial analysis, corporate governance, leadership training, and team development. With nearly 20 years of experience in finance and securities, he has held senior leadership positions at many major financial institutions, demonstrating sharp and modern management thinking. He currently also serves as Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Saigon – Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company, as well as Member of the Board of Directors of Vietnam International Commodity Exchange Joint Stock Company
